HOW IT WORKS

The process is simple, automatic, and safe.

Organic waste – of plant, animal, or mixed origin – is inserted into the machine.
The operator selects the most suitable program based on the material to be treated.
The system heats and dehydrates the product at a low temperature, under negative pressure, initiating the transformation cycle, which consists of two main phases:

1. Enzymatic Degradation

Thanks to the specially formulated Zyme+ enzymatic blends, the complex molecules present in the waste (proteins, fats, starches, fibers) are broken down into simpler compounds. This results in a pre-treated liquid fraction, ready for the next phase.

2. Physical Separation

The system activates a physical separation process and divides the material into two distinct components:
